Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (like launch day), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

- Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–4 business days
- International: 6–27 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region:

- Australia (Standard): $10 USD
- Australia (Express): $15 USD
- International: $20 USD

We don’t inflate shipping – what you pay is what it costs us to send it safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These vary by country and are not included in the price at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the courier. If something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
